No two love stories are the same, and your experience shouldn’t be either. Every Love on or off the Sand setup is thoughtfully styled just for you, with details tailored to your occasion, preferences, and vision. While our signature elegance stays the same, each design is uniquely yours.

For packages over $1,000, an 80% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining 20% balance due no later than 2 days before the event.
The deposit is non-refundable because once your date is reserved, we begin committing time, inventory, décor, staffing, vendors, transportation, and other event-specific resources to your booking.
Same-day bookings are subject to a $75 rush fee and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Absolutely! You may mix packages, remove/add what works for you and we can provide you with a quote. This is about your experience and what works for you!
To help protect our beaches and marine life, balloons are not permitted with our beach setups. We’re committed to creating beautiful experiences while keeping our coastline clean and safe.
We provide picnic experiences throughout South Florida and are always happy to explore new locations. For destinations outside our standard service area, an additional travel fee may apply based on distance. Send us your desired location, and we’ll handle the rest!
**OUR MENU OPTIONS ARE PROVIDED FOR FORT LAUDERDALE BEACH. MENUS WILL DIFFER PER LOCATION**
Cancellations due to weather or any other reasons will be credited toward your next celebration within 6 months of your original date.
We recommend reserving your experience at least 1–2 weeks in advance for the best availability. Popular dates and time slots may fill quickly, so booking early is encouraged.

We understand accidents happen. If any items are damaged or stained during your picnic, a replacement or cleaning fee may be applied based on the specific item. We always appreciate gentle care of our decor so everything stays beautiful for everyone!
